junkNew Delhi, Thursday, December 17 – The significance of healthy eating has been discussed for countless time. It is in one’s hand whether to keep on seeing the doctors every now and then to get some checkups done or stay at home to enjoy life by opting for healthier lifestyle.

Care of moms-to-be is important. What they eat and drink must be their prime concern as these would affect the baby in womb directly or indirectly. Ideally, one should stop having alcohol or smoking the moment idea of starting a family comes in mind. Junk food should be eliminated from the menu too.

Taking into consideration the dangers of consuming ajinomoto in pregnancy, women must avoid eating outside. But yes, if they crave to relish taste of noodles and other fast food, it is safe to eat homemade version of the same. Leafy greens are considered good for eyes and skin. But these must be washed twice or even thrice when pregnant.

Carefulness is pivotal in all three trimesters. It is better to gorge on nutritional stuffs rather than eating cuisines having refined flour, sugar, margarine and salt in excess. A baby would be born healthy if expectant mother took care of even smallest stuffs right from first trimester till birth of the child. Inclusion of nutritious meals is imperative to expect a happy child, the study said further.
