Various places of the metropolis wore a festive look to let everyone have a good time. People of different age groups availed unending fun on Christmas day by spend the same in an sheer delight with family and friends.

It was elating to see inhabitants belonging to different religions getting bonded in prayer & glee in order to share friendliness, and bliss with loved ones. Christmas trees were made available in small as well as big sizes. Decoration materials, attractive gift packets and Santa outfits with caps embellished the entire appearance of popular markets of the city.

Given that most of the offices observed holiday on the festival, the gathering was massive in Church in spite of the fact that biting cold gave them the wintry feel right from early morning till late at night.  Enthusiastic crowd marked presence in several shopping complexes and restaurants of the region to enjoy the festival to the fullest. Young school & college goers, bunches of friends and family people contributed in the number of celebrators. The off just prior to the weekend gave them perfect chance to have unending joy with pals and kin.

Impressive crowd populace at The Great India Place, Select City Walk, MGF Metropolitan, DLF City Centre and many other malls drew attention to a point that temperatures in the surroundings was nothing to do with the festive mood. Queues outside bakery shops were adequate to inform that everyone was wishing to have a bite of delicious cakes and freshly baked cookies.

The populace left no stone unturned to whoop it up in order to add to the fun quotient in the joyful spirit. Crowd at Connaught Place, Lajpat Nagar, Janpath etc. gave a clear sign that Delhi people were super excited to remarkably spend Christmas holiday. The magnificence of churches and cathedrals were at peak in view of the fact that twinkling candles, bulbs and lights were installed. The decoration of the places to worship caught the eyes. The cheerfulness began the moment the mob thronged at the church in the early hours. Kids looked adorable in Santa dresses and were crowd pullers.
